The original plan was to paddle in the Bay but the wind canceled those plans. We always try to have a plan B and Daniels creek is usually it. We were on the water and headed up river by 6PM and made it back to the dock about 8:30. This is a wonderful way to wrap up the day. The only draw back was that on a couple of occasions on the way back we had the sun nearing sunset reflecting off the water making it very difficult to see where one is going. It was a lovely paddle.
Wow!! It must have been some mesmerizing moments for all of you to paddle in the Bay. If there are a bunch of friends in such an expedition it just increases the pleasure a couple of times. I'll be going to Oregon for a similar expedition. Though the proposal is still in the pipeline and hope that we could make it there by the next weekend.
